Notice from CUSOP on the Northern Ireland May Bank Holiday Processing

This year the European Mayday Bank Holiday is on Friday, 1st May.

The Republic of Ireland Mayday Bank Holiday is on Monday, 4th May.

The European and Republic of Ireland bank holidays will have no impact on UK & NI payment processing, they will operate as normal.

The Northern Ireland and UK Mayday Bank Holiday is on Friday, 8th May. Please see below details regarding payment processing on Friday, 8th May.

Faster Payments going out from the Credit Union:

Credit Unions can send out payments to CUSOP on all days, Monday to Saturday – no change to normal processing

Faster Payments coming in to the Credit Union:

Credit Unions may receive incoming payments on UK Banking days only – no payments will be received on Friday, 8th May

BACS Payments coming in to the Credit Union:

Credit Unions may receive an incoming BACS file on UK Banking days only – no BACS file will be received on Friday, 8th May
